We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter Helper to join ourteam in Pryor. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay,steady day-shift hours, and the chance to grow your expertise in aprofessional and safety-focused environment.

As a Painter Helper, you will play a vital role in preparing materialsfor cleaning, masking, and painting. Key responsibilities includeverifying materials, setting up equipment, mixing and applying primerwith minimal defects, maintaining the paint booth and equipment, andtroubleshooting paint-related issues. You will ensure that all productsmeet strict quality standards while adhering to safety protocols andsupporting Health, Safety, Quality, and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in automotive or industrial painting, including wet sprayapplications.Familiarity with automated wet spray paint lines for steelcomponents.Ability to differentiate colors and apply paint millage accurately.Proficiency with hand and power tools for surface preparation.Physically capable of stooping, bending, squatting, and consistentlylifting up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaininghigh-quality standards.Knowledge of workplace safety and personal protective equipmentrequirements.Job Duties:
