　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Preparing surfaces: Using hand and power tools to prepare surfaces before painting.

　　This involves filling cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.

　　This is done using caulking guns or putty knives and applying primers or sealers.

　　Applying coatings: Applying coatings to surfaces using brushes and rollers.

　　Painting equipment and walls:

　　Using brushes, spray guns, or rollers to apply paint to equipment and walls.

　　Mixing paint:Preparing paint by mixing the required colors and components;

　　Cleaning up:Cleaning and tidying work areas after surface preparation;Pressure washing: Using pressure washing equipment as needed
