About Paint Prepper

　　Position Summary The essence of the Paint Prep Technician s role is to prepare all pieces and products for paint while keeping a high-quality standard. Duties and Responsibilities - Prepares products by doing light bodywork, sanding, blocking, filing, and priming - Assists Lead Painter in preparing products for paint - Places products for painting on movable platforms - Moves and stages painted products in the drying room - Responsible for overseeing paint and prep material inventory - Keeps work area clean and organized - Communicate ideas and issues in a timely manner. - Ensure high-quality standards. Work in a team-orientated manner. - Inspect refurbished materials, assess conditions, and make recommendations for future improvements.
