　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　At Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, our PACU Registered Nurses (RN) provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the hospital. While providing clinical and administrative support on the unit, you will work closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient’s needs. We are an amazing, hardworking team who is looking for a phenomenal addition like you!

　　Demonstrating knowledge and competency in hemodynamic and airway management of patient care will be a daily requirement of this position

　　As a PACU nurse, you will provide discharge planning and patient education involving patient/significant other/family

　　You will perform clinical management of patient care according to PACU standards and policy/procedure for all surgical procedures on all levels of care

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)

　　Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license

　　Current BLS, PALS, & ACLS certification

　　Previous PACU experience preferred
