　　Operate and monitor state-of-the-art packaging machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate packaging of Barilla products.

　　Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to guarantee packaging meets Barilla's high standards.

　　Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and resolve any operational issues.

　　Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

　　Assist in routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition.

　　Starting pay $20.25 base pay + $1.50 shift differential.

　　Packaging Operators work only half the days in a month, as they work a flexible (2-2-3) shift pattern. Applicants must be available to work every other weekend as part of their regular schedule. Must be able to work at 12 hour shift.

　　Experience:

　　Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting, ensuring quality and efficiency.

　　Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

　　Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
