Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As an Application Package Specialist, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment. Your Role and Responsibilities

Perform full life cycle of application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and date migration.
Migrate between products or integration with other products, configuration of packages and recovery and backup
Use your Consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment.
Assist in selection, implementation, and support of application

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Administer, monitor, and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects environment, including servers, services, and applications.Install, configure, and upgrade SAP BO software and components.
Perform routine system administration tasks such as user management, security configurations, and system backups.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BO reports, dashboards, and data connections.
Collaborate with business users and report developers to understand their requirements and provide technical support.Monitor system performance and optimize the BO environment for efficiency and scalability.Ensure compliance with security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations.
Implement and manage user authentication and authorization policies using SAP BusinessObjects security features.Coordinate with the IT team to schedule maintenance, updates, and patches for the SAP BO environment.Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users on BO tools, reporting, and dashboard creation. Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP BusinessObjects and recommend improvements and best practices to enhance the environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven experience as a SAP BusinessObjects Administrator.Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing SAP BO XI 3.1 or later versions.Strong knowledge of SAP BO security and access controls.
Experience with SAP BO tools such as Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and BusinessObjects Universe Designer.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certifications in SAP BusinessObjects administration are advantageous
