The Package Processing Specialist (PPS) will work c losely with the sales and operations teams to audit and process custom and HESI packages . Custom and HESI packages are key NHE strateg ies that align products utilized throughout a specific program to the various student purchasing options .
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Complete quality assurance checks in Salesforce or through emailed quotes package opportunities
Ensure all required information is completed before processing packages in Salesforce and other operational systems
Respond to rep inquiries regarding packages
Troubleshoot package errors
Upload files for package processing, and troubleshoot or escalate any failures in those uploads
Request vouchers for unpublished titles
Coordinate out of stock package changes
Coordinate with other Business Operations team members to ensure product delivery and billing for package orders .
Handle any special projects as required by the sale or operations management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holder
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales flows , product data , and quality assurance principles
Salesforce experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Highly detail - oriented with a strong desire to produce accurate and quality work
Highly self-motivated, team and goal - oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
Projects a positive attitude with co-workers & clients
Strong organizational skills are required to provide timely and consistent support
Logical thinker, with effective communication skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills required
Additional for internal applicants:
Must be in current role for 1 year
Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
