　　Compensation:- Overnight shifts pay time and a half (starting at $30/hr.)- Overtime pay: Time and a half- Winter Season Annual Increase: up to 4%- Hourly Base Rate Starting @ $20.00 (any non-overnight transfer shiftswill be compensated at this base rate)- Signing Bonus: up to $300- Quarterly Bonuses: up to 10% of total earnings based on performance- Additional commission and bonus opportunities available:- Bonuses for positive guest reviews- Commission on Breckenridge Ski & Sport referrals- Base pay is evaluated annually, with raises up to 4% each year. 　　About the Guest Service Driver: Overnight Transfers Position

　　JOB DUTIES- Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills- Perform pre-trip inspection of your vehicle- Read and understand your trip manifests- Map out your routes prior to departure- Be comfortable finding the pick-up points of guests- Maintain contact with dispatchers and communicate if you have fallen behindschedule- Report traffic concerns you witness for our other drivers- Return vehicles to home office promptly after final guest stop- Thoroughly clean inside and out and return keys and manifest to office- Participate in transfer drives where they will assist a DIA driver withtheir pick-ups- Maintain a record of duty log that will live in the home officeREQUIREMENTS- Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and have no trafficviolations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years- At least 21 years of age- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.- Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam- you will be reimbursed upon the completion of the season.
