Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for properly placing bagged parts in oven or autoclave for curing process.
Ensure accuracy of oven/autoclave settings and operation by following proper oven/autoclave procedures and practices.
Read and understand work order instructions.
Responsible removing bagging materials from molds after parts have been cured.
Clean and prepare molds in preparation for re-use in layup procedures.

The ability to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor.
Requires hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull heavy items; ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Shift differential for hours worked on 3rd shift!
