About Outside Sales Representative (7725)

  The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative is to generate profitable business from the rental and sale of equipment, supplies and services that BandG Equipment and Supply offers.

  Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following(other duties may be assigned):

  Responsible for creating/maintaining positive customer relationsResponsible for developing key internal relationships across all internal departments and divisionsManage and develop assigned territory to maximize sales potential and BandG reputationVisit all customers within a five week cycleCoordinate and participate in strategic entertainment of customersResponsible for collecting payment from customers and maintaining accurate customer recordsMaintain open communications with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Inside Sales Representatives regarding new equipment/supplies, equipment availability, and rental/sales programsResponsible for prompt completion of all administrative duties, which include; but are not limited to: Sales Plans, Expense Reports, Sales Reports, and Daily Call ReportsActively participate in maintaining a professional appearance and TEAM attitude at the BandG location by walking the yard and showroom/warehouse weeklyPromotes products and negotiates rental/sales contracts to achieve assigned rental and sales revenue goalsEnhances customer satisfaction by developing rapport with key decision makers and end users at job sitesDevelops and executes strategies to achieve revenue goals that reflect an understanding of market conditions and trendsEmploys territory analysis and targeted sales and marketing research to identify top prospectsAddresses customer service issues in the field by managing customer expectations and coordinating with appropriate department within BandGEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree Business Management or related field coupled with at least 3 years of Sales experience preferred.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documentsAbility to effectively present information to managementEffective verbal and written communication skills and ability to successfully engage all levels of customer baseAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, or members of the business communityRequired to stay up-to-date on industry equipment changes, through continued educationRequires a valid driver license and a clean MVRWorking Conditions:
