　　We are in search of a Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Charlotte/Winston Salem NC Area. Our ideal candidate will have business-to-business sales experience in packaging, industrial products or freight industries.

　　We are looking for individuals who can:

　　Promote and sell IPS products and services in established sales territory. Focus on all segments to grow the business as a whole

　　Proactively assist customers with cost savings initiatives

　　Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities

　　Providing consultative sales solutions based on providing value, not just price

　　Plan sales and gross profit goals for each key account by developing yearly objectives through maintaining accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in designated territory

　　Develop high potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth through quality sales calls
