Our teammates give back to our communities through volunteering with our Good Deeds Team and much more!What your job duties will entail:You will complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes to prospective customersYou will ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standardsYou will generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.You will communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest customersYou will build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customersYou will attend all Northwest continuing education programs to enhance your daily performanceYou will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicleWhat we expect from you:All we ask, is that you follow the NORTHWEST WAY and we can promise a long and fruitful career!   QualificationsWhat you need:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredNo Experience Required!Must be 18 years of ageValid drivers license requiredAbility to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignmentsPhysical Demands / Working Environment:We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.
