Description Nexus-FACTS Family Healing, an outpatient/community mental health clinic, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Outpatient Therapist position based in our Mendota Heights office. Family, Adolescent and Children Therapy Services (Nexus-FACTS) is a dedicated group of mental health professionals and practitioners specializing in providing quality mental health services to families, children, and adolescents. In this position, experience consistent opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary case consults, ongoing training, and have the ability to build a caseload based on client needs and clinician competencies. Responsibilities: Outpatient therapists support children, adolescents, adults, or families by providing individual or family therapy services. Services are provided in clinic or via telehealth. Conduct diagnostic assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, and community partners. Coordinate the intake process, develop the Diagnostic Assessment, develop and implement the client's Individual Treatment Plan, provide direct therapeutic and skills services, and manage all aspects of therapeutic services including communication and clinical documentation. Qualifications: Master's degree from an Accredited College or University in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology. Must be licensed in related clinical field (LICSW, LP, LMFT or LPCC) Valid driver's license required and met the state regulating agency and Corporate driving requirements. Background and sexual conduct clearances required. Location, pay: Mendota Heights, MN Pay starting at $61,000 a year for full time and $31 per hour for part time, fully licensed candidates $2,000 sign-on bonus for full time and $500 sign on bonus for part time Preferred Education and Experience: Prefer experience in related community-based work with adults, families, and/or youth.
