Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Full-Time and Part-Time: Meet productivity requirements as set by VicePresident of Department. Productivity will include both input and outputrequirements.
Promotes a clinical culture in the Outpatient Services Department thatis welcoming, engaging, and accessible. Fosters a professionalenvironment that uses evidence-based practices to provide servicesfocused on behavioral healthcare, physical healthcare, and social needs.These integrated services are recovery-focused, strengths-based,culturally competent, patient centered, trauma-informed, gendersensitive, age appropriate and co-occurring capable.
Responsible for ensuring team meetings daily clinical needs of assignedcaseload.
Responsible, as assigned and need for program, for ensuring team meetsclinic walk-in and crisis needs.
Demonstrates clinical expertise in evidence-based practices throughexperience, education, and consultation. Able to serve a wide spectrumof complex clinical presentations and provide brief evidence-basedtreatment when indicated, including crisis intervention and managementof suicidality.
Provides individual, family, and group therapy. Works independently.Seeks consultation, as appropriate, with Senior Supervisors, ProgramManager or Director regarding crisis situations, including potentialsafety concerns.
Provides and/or ensures appropriate treatment is provided to clientswithin their care which includes case management, peer support,wellness, crisis intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation,co-occurring/addiction treatment, referrals, and therapy services.
Assists with comprehensive training including orienting new staff tointakes, assessments, integrated and person-centered treatment plans,treatment plan reviews, treatment plan updates, progress notes,discharges, and all documentation requirements.
Responsible for ongoing quality management of all documentation bystaff.
Provides ongoing support and training in current procedures andrequirements to ensure that all staff continue to meet core competenciesand agency requirements.
Participates in peer review and other quality assurance committees.
Maintains clinical records in a timely manner as required by agency,state or federal funding sources and accreditation authorities. Completeall required forms and maintain same in a manner consistent withrequirements.
Must return phone calls and cell texts promptly and check and respond toemail daily.
Maintains professional competency in his/her discipline throughappropriate professional clinical training, attendance at workshops andconferences and via consultation with other professionals.
Employee will comply with all requirements to maintain professionallicensure. Complete all agency required training within establisheddeadlines.
Meets productivity expectation as established by Program Director.
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned by Director and/orExecutive Staff
