About Outfitter

　　Outfitter (Production Associate)

　　Primary Role:

　　This position is responsible for using various hand tools to install plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other special order products prior to shipment of the product.

　　Outfitter 1

　　Read and understand production order and match to the product

　　Conducts the first QA inspection on pool

　　Able to trim and grind flange

　　Accurately reads tape measure.

　　Cuts and drills holes for fittings and installs fittings per the outfitting guide

　　Cuts optional fittings.

　　Performs patching process and small repairs

　　Learns to tile and set inlays

　　Experience using various hand tools

　　Ability to read diagrams and instructions

　　Experience in tiling or plumbing is preferred

　　Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work and lifting up to forty (40) pounds

　　Must be able to work overtime including some weekends

　　Ability to work in a safe manner utilizing PPE as required
