　　Core Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST

　　As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a family-style culture that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. 　　This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Reston, VA office.

　　Responsibilities

　　Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns

　　Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action

　　Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations

　　Fully document each call accordingly

　　Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone

　　What We Look For in a Candidate

　　1-3 years of experience in customer service

　　Proficient typing skills

　　Demonstrated ability to interact with customers

　　Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
