Responsibilities

　　A unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in the brand new and innovative Procedural Suite in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at Marketplace Mall! The Procedural Suite is responsible for hand-based procedures, spinal injections, infusions, as well as other procedures under local/moderate anesthesia, future-state administering moderate sedation. Responsibilities include: work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, medication administration, patient education, provide safe and efficient care to patients, and setting up for spine and hand procedures. Candidate must be organized, team oriented, and have strong communication skills. Requirements for the position are a NY State Registered Professional Nursing license in good standing, and 1 year experience as an RN. Moderate Sedation competency, ACLS required by the end of the first year.

　　Qualifications

　　Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

　　Pay Range: $34.00 - 44.20

　　The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
