  What you’ll do* Assess the impact of a business change, identifying high impact areas and subsequently building an appropriate change strategies and plans* Articulate a compelling case for change, and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behaviour modelling for their teams.* Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, Org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement and continuous improvement* Use, design and enhance change tools to support key activities* Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.* Support the closure of the project and ensure the client is able to transition to business-as-usual.* Work supportively with team members on projects and other initiatives such as new service development or work improvement initiatives* Take part in team events and catch ups

  Skills and experiences* Change experience around people, process and technology* Application of business change management theories.* Have a real passion for technology and how it positively influences development of the workplace and employee roles and experience.* Plan and drive partner engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.* Experience leading ground-breaking projects for customers.* Microsoft technologies, e.g. Office 365, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer etc.* Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams.* Relevant professional consulting or advisory experience.
