Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join a local, well-established organization. This position plays a crucial role for the success of the business, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Review inventory levels to ensure order fulfillment.

Communicate effectively with customers about order status and potential delays.

Collaborate with sales, shipping, and warehouse departments to coordinate order processing.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate and detailed order files and records.

Participate in quality assurance checks for order accuracy.

Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong data entry and typing skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with order entry software would be a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
