The APAC order to Invoice team is looking for an Order Management Associate to join us in Singapore. In this role you will work as part of the APAC Accounting team processing customer orders in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
What you will do
Receive, review and process orders
Ensure compliance with policies and controls
High attention to detail
Meet deadlines
Available to work on Month end and Quarter end
Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of team’s overall objectives
Continuously look for ways to improve processes
Complete other ad hoc duties as needed by management
What you will bring
Experience in Order Management or similar role preferred
Ideally holds a Polytechnic certificate and above
Excellent written or verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems is a plus
Proactive, adaptable, and flexible
Ability to create solid working relationships with colleagues and customers
Ability to make administrative or procedural decisions, as well as identify, analyze, and solve problems
Solid organizational skills
