  The Oracle Retail Global Industry Unit (RGIU) offers the industry's broadest set of retail-specific solutions, including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Stores, Omnichannel, Planning/Optimisation, Brand Compliance and AI/Analytics. The RGBU team design, build, implement and run these solutions throughout the world for customers across all sectors. These customers are at the heart of what we do and we strive to delight them through the excellence of our end to end service.   Responsibilities

  The Oracle Retail Global Industry Unit (RGIU) is looking for Business Consultants who can lead customers on their retail transformation projects. We need ‘can do’ people who drive change, innovate and deliver in challenging environments. People who think about solutions for tomorrow not just today, and can build strong relationships with our customers to guide them through this journey and articulate what this means for them. In short, we need someone who understands the Retail sector and how Cloud solutions can address current and future challenges in an industry in the middle of a major shift.

  What will you bring?

  You will be fluent in English with strong communication skills and an ability to influence and lead people at all levels of an organisation, from end user through to executive

  You will have deep expertise in retail, from both a business and IT perspective, and a strong desire to transform the way this industry works

  You will be a proven team player who can break down organisational barriers and focus on successful customer outcomes

  You will have a positive attitude with a focus on solutions not problems

  You will understand the need for pragmatism over perfection

  You will have experience of the Oracle Retail Cloud solution and how this can add value to customers (or other similar solutions)
