We are looking to hire an IT Business Systems Lead with a strong functional expertise in Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Cloud Absence Management modules to join our global IT Enterprise delivery team.
Reporting to the IT Manager in Enterprise Delivery - Business Systems Enablement team, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and providing end-to-end system solutions that addresses business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud HCM application.
• Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM SME for supporting HR business processes and develop strong relationships with the business process owners.
• Responsible for system implementation support for Time and Labor, Absence Management and HR modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Primary point of contact to manage the functional requirements for the integrations to Payroll and other internal applications and 3rd party systems and liaise with technical teams on issue resolution.
• Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes.
• Partner with business teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements.
• Translate high level business requirements into functional specification and manages the specification changes.
• Working with business, technical and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles, by assessing and mitigating impact of upcoming patches and manage the logging/working on SRs to resolution.
• Oversee global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments.
• Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.
• Negotiates with business to prioritize requests that support business objectives and drives business assessment of project cost/benefits.
• Identifies technology opportunities to help with business issues. Provides input to IT management on technology standards and operations.
• Drive change management initiatives
Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.
All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 20% of the base salary offered. University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job-related experiences.
10+ years of Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence Management modules, global Implementation experience and/or support is required.
A solid knowledge on Fast Formulae, thorough understanding on data flex and functionally managing the needs of complex integrations for OTL is required.
Solid business understanding of human resources and workforce management processes is required.
Basic understanding on handling HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, HCM data models and tables is required.
Hands on experience in configuring and maintaining Security, Approval Workflow Rules, HCM Experience Design Studio and Page composer Personalization setups is a nice to have.
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus generally ten years of directly related experience.
Experience in leading IT projects & programs and managing IT teams. Expert technical and/or IT development experience.
