　　Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead

　　Location: Rochester, NY or REMOTE with Milestone Travel

　　Job Summary:

　　We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Functional Lead with expertise in at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud HCM rollouts. You will be in a client-facing role servicing global clients and converting their requirements into applicable optimal solutions.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　* Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations and reports.

　　* Lead Data Conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud for global organizations.

　　* Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth.

　　* Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors.

　　* Collaborate with the offshore development team in delivering the project.

　　* Troubleshoot issues, analyze, and take appropriate action to remediate issues.

　　* Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.

　　* Hands on experience in automating end to end integration using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services.

　　* Hands on experience in developing fast formulas across HCM modules.

　　* Experience with customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows.

　　* Ability to develop ad hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　* 6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.

　　Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software companyExperience in implementing HCM SaaS applications as technical lead Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilities.Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus

　　Salary and Other Compensation:

　　The annual salary for this position is between $142,300/YR- $ 183,800/YR depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
