　　Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

　　Location: Rochester, NY or REMOTE with Milestone Travel

　　Job Summary:

　　We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Functional Lead with expertise in at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud HCM rollouts. You will be in a client-facing role servicing global clients and converting their requirements into applicable optimal solutions.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite.Business process transformation using HCM cloud.Solution Architecture.Support Organization change management. Perform the following on an engagement: Understand client business requirements, Configure the Oracle Cloud HCM solution.Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems.Assist the client in testing the solution.Work with the client to help convert legacy data.Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions.Understand Oracle's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.Minimum Qualifications:

　　* An ideal candidate must have minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of HCM.

　　* 10+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.

　　* Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.

　　* Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.

　　* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　* Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

　　* Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus.

　　* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

　　Salary and Other Compensation:

　　The annual salary for this position is between $142,300/YR- $ 183,800/YR depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
