Blue Rose is seeking an Oracle SOA Administrator to support our work with a federal client. This is a Hybrid role in Washington, DC and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY. 

　　Successful candidates are required to have a Top Secret Security Clearance. However, candidates can start off with an Active Secret Security Clearance.

　　In this role you will:

　　Review current system in order to understand how the systems works

　　Primarily responsible for supporting SOA upgrade and move from Windows 2012 and 2016 servers to Windows 2019 servers

　　Ensure that existing functionality and performance is maintained during testing and after deployment

　　After SOA upgrade, responsible for providing operations and maintenance support for the SOA application, including but not limited to responding to incidents, squashing bugs, improving system performance, and improving system reliability

　　Execute tasks as part of Agile teams

　　When necessary, help with basic system administration tasks

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Candidates must have:

　　3+ years Oracle SOA Development experience, with particular focus in:

　　File transfers, JDBC, http, SOAP, REST, Java messaging system, XML, XSLT, XPath, and BPEL specifications

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　3+ years Oracle Fusion Middleware experience

　　3+ years experience with System administration:

　　Oracle Fusion Middleware, weblogic server administration, Windows administration

　　Experience working in Agile software delivery frameworks

　　Education:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus 3 additional years’ experience

　　Salary: $150,000 - $160,000, Dependent on Experience
