This Optima Solutions Site Manager is an important member of the Optima Solutions organization and of the One PPG Selling Machine. You will be responsible for all the activities of PPG at one or more customer sites, is fully customer-facing and will manage the team at a complex customer site.

　　You will be based at a customer site in Montgomery, AL.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Develop and implement customer contact plans, handle queries and complaints, and engage in sales campaigns.Set performance objectives, report on performance, and take corrective action to achieve business objectives.Develop tactical plans for optimizing resources at customer sites.Manage stakeholders, address their needs, and coordinate plans and communication.Communicate and implement strategy, align with organizational values, and motivate the team to success; contribute to annual business plans, forecast performance, develop business cases, and estimate resources for targets.Drive service-related upselling, ensure success in Secure Launch project activities, and enforce process and product conformance.Plan and align work with focus on customer relationships; manage complexity and drive process improvements; develop team and ensure troubleshooting capabilities as well ensuring sucess of all Secure Launch project activities for the siteIdentify and use technology to guide improvementsQualifications:
