　　T he OPM Manager position is both a functional management position with direct reports and a Project Leadership position. The Manufacturing Operations Project Managers are the interface between the Business Division and Manufacturing. This position is responsible for schedule management and cost accountability of Manufacturing activities for this Business Division.

　　Salary Range: $97,200 - $145,800

　　Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
