In this role you will: * Operate straightforward equipment and/or machinery and complete general labour duties. * Load and unload containers, materials and products on trucks, or trailers by hand or by forklift truck. * Transfer goods, organize the products received and prepare goods for shipment. * Blend fertilizer. * You may receive grain, and grade by sampling, testing, and weighing the product to ensure quality aligns with GROWMARK’s standards. * Remove snow in winter months. * WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE* * A general knowledge and skills required to safely operate straightforward plant equipment, and/or machinery. * A valid driver’s license, with a clean record. DZ license is an asset. * Ability to operate skid steer, loader, and/or bob cat. * Ability to read maps, bills of ladings, follow specific delivery directions and instructions, follow posted safety rules and safe operating procedures to ensure proper techniques are performed; write and make accurate entries in daily driving log, comprehend simple instructions. * Conversational English skills. * Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). * Desire to grow with the company.
