Job Description

We engineer impact where it counts, from the farms that feed to the modern city. Danfoss in Easley has an opening for a 2nd Shift Operator. An Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines in the production line.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Set up machine in accordance with setup matrix and best practice.

Understands the different settings and adjustments available on the hone machines

Comfortable using precision gage tools and measuring equipment.

Responsible for visually inspecting equipment, complete oil checks, or other inspection methods.

Required to fill out hour-by-hour accurately in accordance with prescribed procedure.

High School Education or GED.

Must understand dimensional requirements and the importance of producing parts that meet specification.

Must have basic math skills with the ability to calculate clearance in decimals.
