Provide in-depthtechnical log analysis, check network configuration, and supportcustomer as needed. Provide Frequent Alarm Monitoring Activity Reportfor new deployments. Provide technical support to the C&I team during MWof actual migration/deployment. Work in customer labs and commercialnetworks for reproducing, troubleshooting and investigating performancerelated issues. Provide customer support and 24/7 on-call support asneeded for commercial network outages and network performance issues.Provide technical reviews as needed. Work with wireless networkarchitecture, protocols, RF optimization and standards. Develop rootcause analysis (RCA) on outages or market performance issues includingthroughput, accessibility, sustainability, handovers, capacity andcoverage. Review various engineering MOPs and identify missing steps orissues if any. Proactively perform data audit, SW/FW audit, and healthcheck of the OSS if needed. Collect logs and perform log analysis fordiscussion with Tier 3 and HQ on various issues. Resolve high severityissues to meet the agreed SLA requirements using second level incidentanalysis. Frequent travel required to unanticipated locations throughoutthe U.S. Some work from home is available.
Minimum Qualifications: US Masters degree or foreign equivalent degreein Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, plus one (1) yearof experience as an RF engineering professional.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have one (1) year of experience in 5G,4G, LTE, UMTS, GSM, TMA and RET Configuration, and RSSI troubleshooting.
