You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to deliver analysis of inventory, warehouse, andtransportation operations. Specific accountabilitiesinclude inventory replenishment transactions, inter-company inventorytransfer tracking, and accurate record keeping. ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions: Inventory Management Monitor and manageinventory replenishment (RARR) for TWIG branches. Assist in managingstock status items. Ensure stock items are placed in appropriatereplenishing hub. Convert outdated part numbers to current part numbers.Monitor serialized items and update items in the systems to reflectserial flags. Manage the process of redeploying excess inventorythroughout the company. Maintain stock item cleanup utilizing the NoOrder Controls Report. Investigate and resolve discrepancies ininventory or shipments. Transportation Coordination Monitor and maintainemployee credentials with third party vendors. Coordinate new trucktasks including vehicle wrap, GPS installation and vehicle documentationbinders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementefficiency measures. Actively communicate and collaborate withcross-functional colleagues to address challenges and ensure a smoothflow of information. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate recordsof inventory, shipments, and other relevant operational data. Report keymetrics of inventory, product availability and transportationperformance. Assist with the analysis of reports to improve operationalefficiencies. Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics, MaterialHandling or Operations roles required. Bachelor\'s degree in SupplyChain, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred. Solidunderstanding of forecasting and inventory planning concepts preferred.Understanding of warehousing, transportation, and logistics conceptsrequired. Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
