Horizon Health Care is seeking a full-time Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Successful candidates for the Operations Manager should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. Horizon Health Care offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to - 1.) Plan and organize daily activities related to patient delivery of care and operations, 2.) Recommend staffing changes to leadership and organizes current staffing models to ensure safe, high-quality, accessible care and the accomplishment of company goals, 3.) Responsible to oversee patient experience, and 4.) Provides coverage for Regional and Clinical Managers during vacancies.
*Position can be located in any Horizon community. Travel is required. Associates or bachelors degree preferred. Prior experience in healthcare administration preferred.
