　　Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

　　salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 5 AM - 5 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Coordinates production, material purchasing, warehousing, and inventory in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Management.

　　Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

　　Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.

　　Responsible for taking initiative to report cost/time saving opportunities to direct report, allowing suggestion to work up chain of command.

　　Supply all operators with the necessary equipment to perform their job. The job must be set up completely to ensure that the operator can immediately start producing the product.

　　Assist in maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

　　Responsible for maintaining a specific schedule for filling hoppers; maintaining proper drying temperatures and proper cleaning of hoppers.

　　Responsible for overseeing finished product quality and reporting any defects to shift supervisor.

　　Responsible to ensure that only unacceptable parts are scrap and must understand what scrap is ground & reused; ground & disposed of; or put in the dumpster.

　　Observe equipment for any type of leaks, lubrication needs, plus listen for unusual sounds.

　　Accountable for notifying appropriate personnel for shutting down any machine where safety ofpersonnel or equipment is in doubt.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs
