Description

　　Provide day-to-day leadership and management.

　　Drive the company to achieve and surpass delivery, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

　　Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all operations processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.

　　Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

　　Collaborates with the President and management teams to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization.

　　Motivates and leads a high-performance team; attract and retain talented team members; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to leadership of direct reports.

　　Acts and represents as lead executive in direct contact with clients and business partners.

　　Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

　　Oversees staff qualification programs, develops individuals for future advancement.

　　Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of direct reports.

　　Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
