Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineer is preferred), Supply Chain Management, or a similar
5+ years experience in a Management or Project Manager role.

responsibilities:
Utilize various methods to analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and pinpointing areas of losses; troubleshoot to ascertain root causes.
Take charge of project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources effectively.
Assist in the development of short- and long-term organizational strategies, aiming to facilitate progress and reduce costs.
Lead key improvement projects across all levels, collaborating with managers and teams to re-engineer processes.
Establish measurable standards and continuously monitor progress, comparing actual results against set benchmarks.
Develop risk mitigation plans and identify growth opportunities through the initiation of new projects.
Analyze extensive datasets and generate detailed reports for senior management and executives, providing insights into projects and improvement initiatives.
Provide support to depots in waste reduction and the training of Goodpack Production system (GMS) principles.
Collaborate with global project management to address regional needs and implement benchmark processes in the region.
Create and thoroughly document process flows for clarity and reference.
Spearhead data acquisition, meticulous analysis, and insightful interpretation of operations performance metrics.
Report directly to the Operations Director, providing astute insights and strategic recommendations to enhance processes and elevate overall operational performance.
Collaborate with all levels of the Operations team in the region, offering support and occasional travel (not expected to exceed 15%).
Take a pivotal role in planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation to completion.
Monitor and enhance organizational processes to maximize efficiency, conducting research and analysis to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
Manage multiple aspects of projects simultaneously, implementing changes throughout the lifecycle of various projects and activities.
