　　Job Summary

　　The Operations Coordinator – Quality is responsible for managing and coordinating identified quality initiatives, project teams and activities.

　　This includes coordination and completion of assigned projects, including project definition, assignment of task responsibilities, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, preparing communications and scheduling meetings/events, etc.

　　The Operations Coordinator is also responsible for developing and analyzing data, using a variety of reporting methods and platforms to support the Quality priorities.

　　The Operations Coordinator is an integrated member of the Quality team, which exists to provide strategic and tactical decision support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Bachelor's degree in a health care related field from a four-year college or university; or associates degree with two or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

　　Experience compiling formal reports and presentations

　　Experience working in, or leading complex project teams

　　Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration

　　This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.

　　Work Schedule

　　Monday-Friday with limited weekend and evening involvement; 72hrs/2wks

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$23.75 - $36.00 per hour
