Role and Responsibilities
Ensure to work very closely with Scheduling , account executive and any department dealing with Training records or folders
Constantly seek to improve instructional materials to be used in training and advise Training Manager
Actively seek best practices to facilitate training forms and bring to the attention of Leading IP
Assist in instructors in completing the Training forms accurately and correctly.
Ensure the Instructors sign every signature required before she/he goes home or leaving UAE
Ensure you have direct interaction with Instructors when facing difficult to completely the Training forms properly and not able to locate the Training Materials
Ensure to support the Instructors to make sure all the Training Material and classrooms are in good quality and standard .
Ensure to communicate with Executive account ASAP incase of any Remedial Training , Failure or expect delays on Simulator functionality
And any others business assigned by Local HOT or Training Manager
