Responsible for supervising and directing the club’s staff (wait-staff and bartenders) during these functions. Must ensure friendly, courteous, and efficient service is performed at all times. Maintains order and enforces all Officers’/All-Hands Club policies.Assist with issuing, receiving, and controlling cash receipts and change funds. Collect funds due at the end of each function and prepares appropriate paperwork. Assist in setting up all function room arrangements in accordance with the patron’s floor plan. Responsible for custody, safekeeping, and preservation of all club property, including inventory, merchandise, and equipment.Responsible for monthly inventory of all alcoholic beverages at the Officers’/All-Hand Club and Alumni Center. Assist the Executive Chef with invoice processing and forwarding to CGA MWR account technician. Assist with the duties pertaining to the review of all employee time card reports and makes necessary changes as needed; Stand duty as Cashier Attendant as required during absence of primary attendant.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Minimum: 1.Experience with catering large events2.Experience with scheduling and managing waitstaff3.Cashiering experiencePreferred: (In addition to the minimum qualifications)1.Associates from an accredited university with emphasis in retail or hospitality management with at least two years of specialized experience.
