The Operations Analytics Analyst at Inspire Brands is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to various aspects of restaurant operations. They will utilize data analytics tools, develop reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and operational improvements. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, clean, and analyze data using various tools and techniques to develop analytical models to improve decision-making and operational processes
Utilize data visualization tools to explore relationships and present findings in a clear and understandable manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness in restaurant operations
Develop forecasts and predictive models to anticipate operational needs and trends
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing quality assurance procedures
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Minimum: 4 Year Degree
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, analytics, computer science, MIS, business, finance, or mathematics.
2+ years of data analysis experience using Microsoft tools, Excel, SQL and/or other relational database tools
2+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and / or other visualization software
2+ years developing strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.) and database skills (e.g., SQL, relational databases, etc.)
Experienced with Tableau
Strong problem-solving skills
Requires superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with coworkers and cross-functional key stakeholders courteously and professionally
Ideal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems
Ability to plan effectively and multi-task
Interest in the restaurant industry and willingness to complete in-restaurant experience training
