As an Operations Analyst in store operations, you will be responsible for helping stores through automation and data analytics. You will be analyzing store provided data to drive operational improvements in stores by using advanced data, analytics, and reporting tools. You will work closely with teams within Store Operations, Data, Engineering and Enterprise Business teams to clearly identify existing process design gaps using appropriate analytical or statistical methods, builds prototype models and solutions, identifies, and build appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be facilitating process mapping and working sessions with business partners to translate business needs into product user stories for engineering teams. You will be creating compelling visualizations to educate partners on business and enterprise needs. You will be responsible to drive operational improvement in stores through data analysis & trend development of specific areas of focus, with the goal of improving productivity and increasing profitable sales.

About you:Graduate with 4-6 years' experience or MBA with 2 to 4 years' experience or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in data analytics or reportingRelevant business knowledge, Understanding of Retail and Store operationsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of statistical concepts and modeling, open-source programming language (R or Python), SQL concepts and expert with Microsoft ExcelAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
