POSITION: Operations Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
Summary:
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent opening for an Operations Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks of the Operations Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the timekeeping system & records for the Operations/Maintenance department.
Performs inventory counts for department supplies.
Organizes and maintains filing system and other records in the Operations department.
Tracks and maintains attendance records for Operations/Maintenance staff.
Assists in conducting required training for Operations/Maintenance staff.
Conducts research as needed and compiles departmental reports, including monthly facility reports.
Coordinates and arranges department meetings, prepares agendas and meeting location, and serves as record keeper.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years related office experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks at a time.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work unsupervised and to function both independently and as part of a team.
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
