Job Summary
Assure CPS Chile Operational Excellence, Lean and Agile methodology execution by supporting implementation and executing planned activities.
Identify and eliminate waste and variability sources. Develop and execute implementation plans for improvement.
Execute the OE training program in CPS Chile.
Track and supervise monthly metrics upload.
Coordinate implementation of Plant of the Future (PoF) initiatives and other PMO projects.
Support every department that requires digitalization/automatization of their processes using Microsoft tools (Power apps / Power automate).
Key duties/responsibilities
Implement OE Tools generating empowerment to ensure sustainability: OE Basics tools, Performance cascade, Digital transformation concepts.
Support and participate in Workshops, and Scrum projects.
Support in Digitalization processes of every department Support implementation of PoF and PMO projects Identify safety, food safety, environmental and quality risks and/or opportunities, and apply problem-solving tools to ensure conformance and continuous improvement of processes.
Ensure the organizational knowledge maintenance Secure monthly metric reporting process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Administration.
Lean, Agile, programming background (desirable).
Previous Work experience required
Experience in operational excellence
Lean practices
Data analysis (Power BI and Intermediate Excel)
Problem-solving
Power Apps, Power automate (desirable)
Previous experience in Manufacturing Plants (desirable)
Skills:
Agile Methodology; Microsoft Power BI; Structured Query Language (SQL); Microsoft Power Apps; Scrum (Agile); Microsoft Power Automate; 5S Lean
