　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　We are looking for a compassionate and ambitious OR support technician to provide technical support to patients of all populations. 　　· You will follow all principles of asepsis. Stocks supplies and equipment plus prepares (turns over) the anesthesia machine and cart for a specific patient procedure.

　　· You will assist in properly positioning the patient for the procedure in accordance with written protocol.

　　· You will assist in transferring anesthesia equipment to/or from the OR, Endo, PACU and OB.

　　· You will work closely with the Anesthesia staff to ensure rapid turnover of rooms

　　· You will assist the staff in obtaining the appropriate scopes and equipment for cases as requested.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　· Certification: BCLS

　　· Experience: One year experience in an OR Support role preferred.

　　Ability to maintain a mature, professional manner and demonstrate sound judgement when dealing with physicians, clinical staff, patients and families, plus all other hospital personnel.

　　Computer experience preferred.
