Description
The Amazon Devices Central Marketing Team is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Online Marketing Manager to support the demand and growth of the Device business.
In this role, you will lead the Device team's participation in company-wide events (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday) to drive growth and process improvement for deal initiatives. The role requires experience in deriving insights from qualitative and quantitative customer data, articulating a strategic brief from it, creating an action plan based on identified needs and opportunities, experimenting and iterating tests to, ultimately, drive the plan into quantifiable results. The candidate will be naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done and have the ability to move quickly and use a test and learn approach.
This is a high visibility role that will include interaction with Category leaders and requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business and engineering stakeholders. You should also have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of being able to successfully identify a solution, prepare a plan, and execute it with clear results. You will also have contact with Global teams to incorporate and share best practices and to negotiate local deployments of worldwide features and tools.
Key job responsibilities
· Supporting the planning and execution of the site merchandising calendars. This includes email programs, new product launches, cross-category placements, participation in Amazon site-wide events
· Work closely with numerous internal teams to capitalize on traffic-driving opportunities through the various traffic channels
· Develop, execute, and analyze creative test plans for marketing channels
· Create emails, category pages, brand stores, campaigns, and free search improvement projects
· Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and discover potential opportunities for program growth.
· Act as the "business owner" for product marketing, understanding and reporting on campaigns, along with responsibility for driving projects and promotions to achieve business objectives
· Work closely with the design team on creatives for marketing campaigns

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
Language: Japanese (Native Level) and English (Business Level | TOEIC 850 or above)
Preferred Qualifications
