What We Offer:

$150 referral bonus for every caregiver and client you refer—no limit

Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, with specialty services paying up to $20 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with CareOne Senior Care, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging conversation

Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Supporting clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care

Aiding with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care

Performing safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training available)

Providing transportation for errands, medical appointments, and shopping trips

Ensuring clients’ safety, well-being, and comfort at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who truly care about helping others

Previous caregiving experience preferred, with dementia experience a plus

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration

Ability to pass a background check and DMV record check

Current TB test (can be completed after the interview)
