As an Oncology Account Specialist (OAS) in the Springfield, ILmarket for the Lung team you\'ll play a pivotal role inchanneling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact onchanging patients\' lives. We are already the fastest growing teamwithin AstraZeneca and across the industry, and there are countless newindications and targets in our innovative pipeline.

What You\'ll Do:
Engage customers through a variety of mediums (in-person/virtual), usingdeep disease-area competence
Identify tumor-focused business priorities at the account andterritory-level; work with Oncology Business Manager to ensureappropriate account plans are crafted and managed
Apply full understanding of the tumor patient journey and engage withkey multi-disciplinary care partners across all relevant journeyelements
Conduct opportunity assessments across patient journey and informaccount of plans using knowledge of treatment decision making.
Develop engagement plans focused on key account partners; share planswith cross-functional peers and manager to align collective andcoordinate AZ approach, and ensure appropriate engagement
Educate and engage HCPs in dialogue about efficacy, safety, and dosingprofiles for FDA-approved indications to support on-label prescribingfor appropriate patients
Be a role model for living AZ values; diligently and consistently upholdour ethical standards and compliance expectations
Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sales experience
Bachelor\'s Degree
A valid driver\'s license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmaceutical Oncology sales experience
Lung experience preferred
Experience with successful launches and balancing a complex portfolio
Track record of building customer relationships through various mediums(in-person and virtual) and strong sales goal achievements
Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
