  Within our Data, Digital & Technology department, we are looking for an experienced

  Omni-Channel Engagement (OCE) Manager (m/f/d)

  in full time at the location Berlin.

  Our OCE Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for operational support to NGCE (Next Generation Customer Engagement) Lead by driving end-to-end execution of OCE campaigns and collaborating with other functions to generate/leverage insights. Our OCE Manager (m/f/d) has one direct report.

  Your tasks in detail:

  Contributes to the acceleration of OCE as a capability for assigned BU.

  Supports local OCE system and platform management incl. Web.

  Supports adoption and usages of current platforms at all levels e.g., SFMC, VAE, CMS, mobile application, website, social media.

  Supports, coordinates, and validates HCP profiling, Journey building, campaigns.

  Creates synergies by harmonizing processes & systems for campaign production and execution.

  Supports BU in terms of compliance to legal and corporate guidelines.

  Acts in an advisory capacity to local business units on how to use OCE platforms/tools and CRM to support performance.

  Supports EUCAN OCE Leads in providing local input for multi engagement plans for brands and in designing multi-channel campaigns.

  Drives end-to-end execution of OCE campaigns.

  Provides input and local needs on OCE systems to EUCAN.

  Partners with specific brand/commercial teams to build /refine multi engagement plans for brands, customer engagement journeys and multi-channel campaigns on local level.

  Orchestrates different OCE tools and platforms (including CRM) in the countries and ensures they are integrated and compatible with one another and with global technology standards.

  Enables collaboration with Data & Insights (D&I) and CRM to share data and leverage generated insights in OCE.

  Your profile:

  A bachelor’s degree / master’s degree preferred or a comparable degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

  Solid (min 3 years) experience in multi-channel marketing with hands-on knowledge of digital tactics, campaigns and OCE journeys

  Successful track record in digital marketing in pharma

  In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital, channels, platforms, ecosystem & up to date with latest development/innovation around digital marketing

  Strong team player, self-driven learner, comfortable working in matrix environments

  Very good knowledge of English and German

  A personality that encourages cross-functional work, combined with responsibility, initiative, commitment and familiar with agile working principles
