　　Zensar Technologies is looking a Omnichannel Content/Researcher/ Product Owner (In context of IVR, ChatBot and other channel experiences) Remote in Mexico. All applicants must be fluent in English verbal and written (C1). This is a fulltime role with robust benefits.

　　Must Have:

　　•             Knows/can research and identify best practices for engagement and interactions.

　　•             Analyze current Omnichannel implementations and provide recommendations

　　•             Can write to any channel of communication in accessible manner

　　•             Performs & analyzes user testing or validation of experience designs

　　•             Steer the client during the course of the project, keep an eye on the quality of the platform and control all parameters of the platform, monitor customer useability and push towards maximizing all KPIs.

　　•             Advise our clients, guiding them towards a custom tailored omnichannel solution

　　•             Should be comfortable working under agile team
