About Office Support/Project Manager

　　Buffalo. Plum Impressions Inc. OFFICE SUPPORT/PROJECT MANAGER. FT. M-F. 1st. shift. 35 hrs./wk. $15 - $25/hr. WNDOE.

　　Make on-site visits for walkthrough estimates and construction inspections. May assist with cleaning and prepping construction sites. Paint small items and perform touch-ups. Review and process information requests for construction bids with a concentration on meeting MWBE goals. Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, submit construction progress updates and change orders. Arrange conference calls and in-person meetings with general contractors when necessary. Process payroll for construction laborers. Ensure workers are aware of and adhering to all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.

　　Requires:-High School Diploma-1 year experience

　　Acceptable related experience:-Experience managing an office and scheduling

　　Willing to accept a trainee
