  We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a reputable manufacturing company in the New Milford, CT area. The ideal candidate will hold 3-5 years of Office Management experience, knowledge in a manufacturing environment, and use of Quickbooks. If qualified and interested, please directly for immediate consideration.

  salary: $55,000 - $63,000 per year

  work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

  Responsibilities

  Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office, handle all mail, create shipping labels, scan and organize documents, and any other duties regarding managing the office. Manage the company calendar for the owner and staff, seek out industry events for them to attend, and overall keep the owner organized.

  Enter vendor bills, create packing lists and invoices, receive customer payments, prepare deposits, and issue statements in Quickbooks desktop. Keep track of POs with vendors and assist with purchasing.

  Keep track of jobs from quote to delivery including progressing jobs through steps. Participate in daily morning meetings to set daily schedules and communicate priorities to machinists to meet customer deadlines. Manage all documentation for jobs, including quotes, prints, drawings, signed packing slips and more.

  Keep all customer forms, vendor forms, ERP database, preventative maintenance, equipment maintenance, ect.
